Dance Together. Shine Together.
Dance Duos is a unique mentorship program at Tap Fever Studios that pairs compassionate teen (ages 13-17) volunteers with dancers that need extra support (ages 5-17) enrolled in our adaptive classes. The goal: build confidence, independence, friendship, and community through dance & shared experiences. During class, mentors dance alongside their buddy, assist with movements, offer positive encouragement, and help create a fun, welcoming environment where every dancer can thrive.
👉 Beyond the studio, duos have opportunities to build genuine friendships through occasional outings and group activities. Activities could include things like getting ice cream together before or after class, spending a little time at the beach, or even a picnic at a local park. These shared experiences help strengthen confidence, social skills, and lasting connections.

Our Vision
Our goal is simple: to build a community where every dancer feels included, every achievement is celebrated, and success is seen through smiles. The most important steps we take aren’t part of the choreography, they’re the ones we take together. Anyone can dance if given the chance. Sometimes, all it takes is a friend by your side!
