Tap Fever Studios offers two spaces for rentals. Both spaces have access to our shaded patio on the west side of the house, a full parking lot on the east side of the house, as well as behind, a close bus stop, ADA accessible wheelchair ramp, a private bathroom, and easy freeway access!

Main Studio (House)
• 864 sqft floor: 27 x 32
• white oak hardwood raised floor
• high ceilings, 2 doors, 8 windows
• a/c and fans throughout the space
• Bluetooth stereo, 4 corner speakers

Small Studio (Garage)
• 264 sqft floor: 11 x 24
• white oak hardwood under-padded floor
• high ceilings
• French doors & wall fan
• Bluetooth single speaker

Registration

If you are new to Tap Fever Studios, submit the online REGISTRATION FORM before you rent our facility. The person paying for the rental must have a registration/waiver on file.

Rental Rules

– Facility rentals are available for rehearsals/private classes/workshops ONLY.
– No ongoing (open to the public) group classes permitted for rentals.
– No outdoor shoes of ANY kind are permitted on the dance floor; ONLY dance shoes.
– No food or drinks of ANY kind are permitted in the studio; ONLY water.
– Wipe down all surfaces before the end of your rental period. (disinfectant wipes provided)

Studio Rental Payments

✔ Rentals are by the hour only; there is no proration for ½-hours.
✔ Call/text 858-456-7301 to inquire about availability before you pay online.
✔ All payments are due at the time the rentals are scheduled.
✔ If you are scheduling ongoing rentals for an entire session, we can invoice you monthly.

Insurance

All renters must have their own Dance Instructor Insurance, which covers you and/or your group, and name “Tap Fever Studios” as an additional insured. Certificate of insurance should be mailed to: dance@tapfever.com. If you don’t already have insurance, here are some options, for as little as $10/month:

Cancellations

More than 24 hours: Full amount paid will be retained as credit on your account.
Less than 24 hours: Your payment is forfeited. Any open invoices will be due.
