The Financial Aid dance classes and programs are funded by grants, and generous donations from members of the community. Dancers must demonstrate a strong desire to dance, as well as financial need or hardship. Financial Aid expands into the community by providing an opportunity for students who could not otherwise participate in Tap Fever’s dance programs. It encourages further participation in programs, and dance excellence. Dancers seeking Financial Aid must maintain 90% class attendance, be on time and prepared for each class, and present respectful behavior.

Low income families who meet the City of San Diego’s fiscal requirements may qualify for full, or partial fee waivers for our dance classes. There are no minimum/maximum age restrictions for fee waiver applicants. Fee Waivers are not available for private lessons. Proof of income will be required. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
